Air-cooled AL-EMS
Composition of the Air-cooled AL-EMS system : AL-EMS (Including platform trolley) + Electrical control system The AL-EMS consists of the inductor, mounting base, water piping assembly, copper busbar assembly, sealing components, cooling fan (air-cooled type), and housing, etc. The trolley consists of the travel mechanism, lifting mechanism, hydraulic system, trolley frame, and drag chain. The travel mechanism includes a travel motor, reducer, and gear transmission mechanism. The electrical control system consists of the power distribution & PLC cabinet, VFD cabinet, trolley operation box, pump operation box, and cables, etc.

Temperature Homogenization
In an unstirred melt bath, the temperature difference between the top and bottom is typically 50–80 ℃.
With Al-EMS forced circulation, the top-to-bottom temperature difference can be reduced to below 6 ℃ within 6 minutes after start-up, while significantly increasing the alloy dissolution rate.
Energy savings
By maximizing the temperature difference between the melt surface and the furnace roof, heat transfer to the melt is improved.By reducing heat loss and enhancing heat transfer, energy savings can reach up to 15%.
